We want you to feel confident shopping with Pure Fit Co. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non- Returnable Items

  • Opened or used cologne/fragrances
  • Worn clothes

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
